Infosys to acquire US based Blue-Acorn iCi

Infosys Ltd reported a complete consent to gain US-based Blue Acorn iCi, supplier of digital client experience, trade, and analytics solutions, for up to $125 million.

Blue Acorn iCi, which follows the schedule year, checked $43.6 million in income in 2019. The securing is relied upon to close during the second from the last quarter of 2021.

“The move further fortifies Infosys’ start to finish client experience contributions and shows it’s proceeded with a responsibility to assist customers with exploring their digital change journey,” Infosys said in an announcement.

Blue Acorn iCi, an Adobe Platinum accomplice, is relied upon to bring to Infosys cross-innovation capacities through the convergence of client experience, digital trade, examination, and experience-driven business administrations.
