Women professionals, particularly in the IT sector, are getting huge hikes as there is a scramble to bring talent on board with emphasis on immediate joining. At present 65% of the hiring is happening in the IT area. TeamLease Services found that ladies up-and-comers framed 43% of the absolute hiring by IT organizations since March this year. In spite of the fact that hiring in different areas is yet to build up speed, there are obvious signs that variety is the concentration across ventures. Avtar, a leading firm in variety, inclusion, and belongingness, says it has seen “a never before increase” in variety recruiting across IT and non-IT sector over the last quarter.
