Job Search to gain pace this year

Professionals will consider to switch the jobs or actively look for the new roles in next few months, LinkedIn’s new job seeker research based on 1016 survey responses has revealed.

The research to discuss how job seekers in India are overcoming obstacles of searching a job today, and how they are leaning on their communities for finding opportunities this year, also shows the uncertainty among professionals as the job market is competitive.

Job Seekers in India are worried about recruitment platforms and extensively long app documents. Despite the uncertainty, India remains strong towards career growth.

As the job seekers continue to steer the uncertainties of the job market today, LinkedIn has launched the 2021 ‘Jobs on the Rise’ India list to support professionals with insights about the dynamic job landscape, especially who lost their jobs during last year.

LinkedIn’s economic graph data scientists looked across 15,000 plus jobs compared to last two years. Freelance content creators, social media marketing roles and sales roles are in demand this year.
