Loan Defaulters Cannot Get Away for Long Now: Arun Jaitley

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley commended Supreme Court’s decision to validate the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and said that now loan defaulters won’t get away for long.
Jaitley took to Twitter to express his approval and tweeted that now that the validity of IBC has been upheld and defaulting promoters barred from bidding, the defaulters will not be able to manage their companies while the banks take haircuts.
