Maintaining safety of customers remain top priorities

The recently selected director of State Bank of India (SBI) Dinesh Khara said keeping up quality loan book, the wellbeing of workers and clients will remain his topmost needs.
Khara, who took responsibility, said the bank will continue to strive at stunningly better client experience. He has succeeded Rajnish Kumar as the Chairman of the nation’s biggest moneylender.
Khara told journalists in the wake of assuming responsibility, “The most important need is the security of our workers and clients and furthermore the quality (loan) book which we have been in the situation to keep up till now. We might want to see that we are in a situation to act the hero if at all someone needs any assistance”.
He said that if any corporate is confronting trouble because of COVID-19-related pressure, the bank would gladly uphold it, inside the system which has been endorsed by RBI.
In August, RBI permitted a one-time rebuilding plan for personal credit and corporate borrowers influenced by Covid-19 pressure. He said demands for one-time rebuilding at the bank are inside as far as possible.
