Majority Indian consumers consider online & offline stores

With the beginning of the festive season, 80% of Indian buyers are anticipating shopping, with both on the Online and physical stores coming into thought, mirroring the ascent of omni-channel purchase, as indicated by a review by RAI.

According to the Festive Shopping Index 2020 by the Retailers Association of India (RAI) and LitmusWorld, 75 percent of buyers are shopping online yet 66 percent of them are likewise thinking about shopping in independent stores just as shopping centers (37 percent).

“While online is the essential method of disclosure, customers are anticipating buying at physical stores,” it said.
