More than 15,000 Companies in Andhra, Telangana at Risk of Losing Registration
August 02, 2018
With the Ministry of Corporate Affairs cracking down on the shell companies and other suspicious companies, more than 15,000 companies registered in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh might be struck off the register for failing to comply with the norms.
The data with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) shows that last year over 20,000 companies were deregistered due to non-compliance. Thus, a large number of companies in the aforementioned states may also lose their license unless they take appropriate action.
