Mukesh Ambani Backs PM Narendra Modi’s Agenda, Promises to Double Farmers’ Income with Technology

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) Chairman Mukesh Ambani, who was present at the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) said that he wants to double the income of the farmers in India. He said that RIL is providing Internet connectivity to villages, and Jio Phone can help push a smart green revolution in the country through an agriculture platform.
Last year as well, Ambani said that there is an opportunity to reinvent every sector of the economy including healthcare, agriculture, education, etc. However, he will start with agriculture, he had said.
