NIBM and TalentSprint join forces to create Talent for next-gen Banking
TalentSprint, a worldwide edtech organization and a market chief in transformational deeptech programs, and the National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM), an independent Apex Institute established by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Banks, today declared a collaborative effort to create talent for the next generation of banking and financial services.

Radical technology adoption in the BFSI sector has raised the value of tech-savvy professionals and filled the need to re-skill and up-skill BFSI experts for the digital-first era. Thus, new-age bankers and finance professionals must combine their domain knowledge with digital skills to be future-proof.

Digitalization is at this point not a novelty in the monetary administration’s area. Banking, money, tech, or counselling experts working in or for the BFSI sector is at a crossroads today. The path ahead for them is to build expertise in the transformation of digital technologies that are disrupting the industry.

To facilitate this learning, TalentSprint and NIBM have arranged the first-of-its-kind Advanced Program in Banking and Leadership for a Digital World. This program is aimed at participants who try to be digital-first professionals and spearhead digital transformation initiatives within their organizations.
