Now an Incentive Scheme for Infosys Employees Who Have Digital Skills

In a bid to cope with stricter visa rules, domestic tech giant Infosys has decided to launch an incentive scheme for employees that have digital skills and also offer opportunities to work on new technologies. COO Pravin Rao said that the company’s efforts towards localization have helped it to become less susceptible to the changes in the visa rules and looks to get to 50% mark now.

Earlier this year, Infosys said that it’s already hired 7,600 workers in the US out of the targeted 10,000 workers. The US is its largest market and makes for 61.2% of its net revenue.
