NSE is the world's largest derivatives exchange in 2019

According to the statistics report released by derivatives trade body Futures Industry Association, NSE announced that it has emerged as the world’s largest derivatives exchange in 2019.
While announcing this huge achievement the NSE MD and CEO Vikram Limaye said to economic times that, “Our achievements have been made possible by the supportive government and regulatory policies, state of the art technology infrastructure, a robust risk management framework and broad-based trust and participation by the entire spectrum of global and domestic investors
NSE has not only been ranked in this sector but also it has been ranked third largest in the cash equities segment by the number of trades in 2019.
