Odisha Receives Rs. 372.51 cr Loan from NABARD

The National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD) has disbursed Rs. 372.51 crores in the form of a loan under the Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) to the Odisha government.
About Rs. 130 crores from the funding will be used for 17,322 lift irrigation projects across the state including digging wells, shallow tube wells, bore wells and micro river lifts which will benefit as many as 40,000 farmers.
