OYO Offering Hindi Support as it Looks to Attract Customers in Tier II, III Cities

This Monday, hospitality giant OYO Hotels & Homes said that it’s now offering customer support services in local languages like Bahasa and Hindi on the app and mobile web platform. Apart from these two languages it’s launched support for Arabic, Vietnamese, Japanese, etc. and looks to introduce more Indian and international languages in the months to come.
By rolling out multi-lingual support, OYO wants to attract the customers in tier II and tier III cities. It’s worth noting that the company observed 40% growth in the demand in non-metro cities like Lucknow, Indore, Bhopal, and Jaipur.
