Petrol Dealers Call for Nationwide Strikes Against Daily Price Revision

In a move to oppose the new daily price revision system, the All India Petrol Dealers’ Association (AIPDA) has called a “no-purchase” protest on July 5 and a petrol pump strike on July 12 all across the nation.

According to AIPDA, the oil companies have failed in installing a 100% automated system before the launch of the new pricing regime, against which they are now going to protest all over the country. The association has also accused the oil companies of not maintaining transparency in the new pricing regime.
