PhonePe UPI transactions running post Yes bank crisis

As the YES Bank crisis hits PhonePe in last week, PhonePe worked with National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and ICICI Bank its new partners to ensure all its services are working within a day.
Sameer Nigam, Founder and CEO PhonePe said, “All payments of merchants were restored with the help of NPCI and ICICI bank which was very difficult task”.
PhonePe processed transactions of ₹ 4,000 crores and it saw a large user traffic in a single day.
