PNB in Trouble Again as IT Glitches Bombard Core Banking System

Public sector Punjab National Bank which still has a long way to go to regain financial stability and consumer confidence that took a big hit after the Rs. 13,000 crores scam emerged, has already found a new problem to deal with.
According to a report, the lender is facing technology related issues with its core banking system. This is believed to be a result of the software upgrade that the system was provided recently.
People aware of the issues said that more than 10,000 PNB ATMs are facing glitches due to the upgrade.
