Policy Norms for Fintech Sector to be Rolled Out by FinMin

According to two officials, the finance ministry is looking to release a report on the fintech industry that can provide a roadmap for the regulatory guidelines to take the sector to the next level. They said that it’s been already finalized by an 8-member committee that was set up last year under the guidance of finance secretary Subhash Chandra Garg and that it might be issued soon.
The officials said that the report which is likely to be released after the elections will offer measures for the fintech firms to run business with more ease and offer solutions to the MSME sector for its enhancement.
