RIL to buy Future group’s retail business

Reliance Industries (RIL) is in late-stage talks to buy the retail business of Future Group as it moves to reinforce its physical play in Asia’s third-biggest economy. The two have resolved their disparities over specific terms and conditions and an arrangement will be reported soon, said individuals acquainted with the negotiations.

Future’s inclinations are spread across different entities, including six recorded organizations. RIL will procure the retail, supply chain and related organizations of Future, which will stamp the finish of originator Kishore Biyani’s play in India’s cutting edge retail, an industry he spearheaded.

A point being talked about has been Biyani’s job after the arrangement.
