Rise in price of consumer products

Price of consumer products from our day to day lives will increase as there is a hike in customs duty. Technology giant (Apple) increased prizes of its some products while other brands are going to increase the prizes in next few months.
Abhishek Ganguly, managing director of Puma India said, “The prize for already imported products will remain same because company has not paid additional duties for those products”.
Increase in prices of air conditioners, washing machines will be seen due to the corona virus outbreak.
