Rupee falling sharply against US dollar

Rupee crosses 75 against US dollar which is a sharp fall against other currencies. The rate of the dollar also increased compared to the Asian currencies.

Rupee traded in a range of 74-75 against US dollar during the day.

The rupee is weak against the dollar as the stocks and bonds are sold by the foreign investors. RBI’s next decision will be out by next month but Governor can call a meeting of monetary policy committee.
