Samsung partners Facebook to help offline retailers

Samsung introduced a partnership with Facebook to assist offline stores to go digital. Under the partnership, Samsung’s offline shops could be given requisite training to enroll in the online environment and reach a huge number of customers.

As a part of the training, offline stores may be educated on how to installation their commercial enterprise pages on Facebook and Instagram. Retailers will be trained on how to reach buyers via those social networking platforms in addition to leverage WhatsApp for reaching clients.

In the case of Samsung’s, outlets can share data such as e-detailers and e-catalogues for Samsung phones. Consumers could be able to order their Samsung phones by way of contacting retailers through WhatsApp. Retailers can use their current delivery mechanism to offer products to clients.
