SBI and CREDAI Join Hands to Provide Loans at Discounted Rates to Realtors

The State Bank of India and realtors’ organization CREDAI have partnered to offer loans at reduced interest rates to builders and customers both to make housing more affordable.

SBI and CREDIA have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) agreement which is valid for 3 years. During this period both parties plan to encourage affordable housing, mainly through green housing projects.

SBI Managing Director (National Banking Group) Rajnish Kumar gave a statement that they will be providing 10 BPS discount to the individuals and 10 to 35 BPS to the CREDAI’s builders.
