SBI Card Unveils AI-Powered Virtual Assistant ELA

India’s second largest credit card issuer SBI Card has launched an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered virtual assistant Electronic Live Assistant (ELA) which is designed to provide instant answers to the queries of the customers and provide a better experience.

ELA offers prompt query resolution by understanding and processing the questions in natural and conversational language. It’s based on new-age technologies Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and currently available on the SBI Card website only. However, soon it will be integrated into the mobile app as well.
