SBI Unveils Chatbot to Support Customer Service

Payjo, a Silicon Valley-based startup specializing in artificial intelligence(AI), said that it has launched an AI-based chat assistant for State Bank of India to register and respond to the customer queries.
The chatbot, fittingly named SIA (SBI Intelligence Assistant), will help with the customer queries just like a human bank representative.
Srinivas Njay, who is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Payjo said that SIA is capable of handling as many as 10,000 queries per second, or 864 million a day which is about 25% of the queries handled by Google per day on average.
