Snap India’s daily user base grow 100% YoY

Ephemeral messaging application Snapchat has seen more than 100% year-over-year growth in every day active clients (DAUs) in every one of the last five quarters, Snap Inc CEO Evan Spiegel said at the organization’s yearly partner summit held for all intents and purposes on Thursday. Spiegel, in any case, didn’t unveil any further details on it.

Snapchat had unveiled in February that its userbase had crossed the 60 million-mark in the country in the final quarter of 2020. During his feature discourse at the occasion, Spiegel said the application presently comes to more than 500 million monthly active clients across the world, with generally 40% of the organization’s userbase situated outside of North America and Europe. A normal client opens the application 30 times each day, he added.

A month ago, Snap Inc had revealed a worldwide day by day active userbase of 280 million in Q1 2021, up from 265 million in Q4 2020 and a 22% leap year-over-year. The organization doesn’t give a country-wise separation of its client base.
