Soon Health Insurance for Infertility, Dental Treatments

The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) has removed a variety of items for which the insurers were offering optional cover so far. Some of these include infertility, AIDS, hormone-replacement therapy, and dental treatments. This means that policyholders shall now get to raise claims for these treatments as they will be covered in the standard insurance policy itself.
