Start-up’s dreams turn bitter as techies return home

Bitter dreams for the majority number of software professionals who were applying for tech start-ups.

The excitement of joining a start-up, many professionals switched from large companies like Wipro, Capgemini, and Infosys to join the new journey as there was a demand for coding, data science, machine learning at tech start-ups.

A large number of professionals realized that several anticipated returns didn’t take place and there was a persistent work pressure in the firm.

Demand for the products that the start-ups were providing was changing and there were delays and no visibility on the launch timelines of the products.

According to sources, many professionals returned to work in MNC’s. As per, staffing agencies it was a temporary trend because these professionals were attracted with high salary and exponential assurances.
