Tech Mahindra buys Zen3 InfoSolutions

Zen3 InfoSolutions expert in AI, Machine learning, cloud engineering is acquired by Tech Mahindra for Rs 460 crore. Tech Mahindra is going to pay Rs 300 crores out of Rs 460 crores while closing the deal and the rest it will pay according to the financial performance of the company.
Acquisition of the Zen3 will help Tech Mahindra to strengthen the ability with its strong AI, Machine learning and cloud engineering.
CP Gurnani, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Tech Mahindra said, “Last Quarter have seen healthy growth and improvement”.
