The US, India to Build Framework for Sharing Classified Defence Technology

As per authoritative sources, the US and India are working on a framework that enables the transfer of classified information including military technology from US-based defence companies to those in India’s private sector.

American top defence companies including Lockheed Martin and Boeing are looking forward to billions of dollars worth of contracts in India. They along with others have already offered to manufacture some of their key military projects.
