As per a new report by top auditing and consulting company PwC, Ecommerce companies are leveraging Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to identify fraudulent orders and reduce logistics costs.
The report said most of the top ecommerce firms are heavily investing in AI, VR, analytics, etc. to gain a competitive edge. It also said that India is an attractive consumer market for retailers across the globe as it comprises of the middle-class population of over 500 million and nearly 65% of the population below 35 years of age.
