UP Government Needs 17,000 Hectares of Land for Flagship Projects
The Yogi Adityanath government is looking to acquire around 17,300 acres of land to launch the flagship projects that are also looked at as a major attempt to woo the voters with the 2019 Lok Sabha election nearing.

The Bundelkhand Defence Corridor and Purvanchal Expressway alone will require 3,000 and 4,300 hectares of land respectively. However, around 10,000 hectares of land will be required for the variety of projects that were proposed at the UP Investors Summit 2018.
