US Exports to India Support Over 2.5 Lakh Jobs in US

As per a new report, US Exports to India support about 260,000 jobs in the States and its combined investments into India was recorded at $28.3 billion in 2015.
According to the report “India Matters for America/America Matters for India”, India’s Foreign Direct Investment in the USA stood at $9.2 billion in 2015 which is 500% higher than that of 2006. It also mentioned that in 31 states more than 1,000 jobs are based on US exports to India, and in six states more than 10,000 jobs are dependent.
