US Interested in Investing in India’s Solar, Infra, Port Sector: OPIC
Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) Executive Vice-President David Bohigian said that USA’s development finance institution is interested in extending financial support to India’s solar, infrastructure and port sectors. He said that India is an anchor of the USA’s Indo-Pacific strategy.

David said that OPIC has nearly 23 billion USD portfolios in 90 countries in various ventures.  

OPIC is a US government agency that helps businesses that are based in the US to invest in emerging markets.
