WFH can boost women’s participation in workforce

Ladies’ cooperation in workforce could get a lift with enterprises grasping the work from home (WFH) model as they will get adaptability in overseeing both their homes and work, Salesforce India CEO Arundhati Bhattacharya said.

Talking at the Global Fintech Fest 2020, Bhattacharya said the COVID-19 pandemic has not just changed the impression of WFH not being viable but at the same time is re-forming the work environment.

Arundhati Bhattacharya said, “The workforce support of ladies in India is really falling however the nation has countless very much prepared ladies who are sitting at home, not ready to work since they can’t escape the house as they are the essential guardians. Envision the adaptability which these ladies would then be able to get in light of the fact that this can be the essential parental figure and work”.
