WHO will appoint a team to fight corona virus in India

Due to the number of COVID-19 patients is increasing daily in India, WHO will appoint a polio surveillance team to fight the outbreak of corona virus in India.
Poonam Khetrapal Singh, regional director for WHO South-East Asia, said, “The National Polio Surveillance Project has provided accurate data to strengthen strategies”.
The union health minister was addressing the World health organization via video conferences.
