With Automation Becoming a Norm, Companies Start Caring About Soft Skills

LinkedIn’s annual Global Trends 2019 report says that four key trends are influencing the future of HR and recruitment industry in India and aboard. These are soft skills, anti-harassment, work flexibility, and pay transparency.
In this day and age where automation and artificial intelligence are becoming common, a whopping 92% of hiring managers across the globe believe that soft skills have become increasingly important for the success of companies. In addition to that, 67% of them believe that workplace flexibility has also become important for recruitment and talent’s future.
