World’s Cheapest Mobile Data Packs Offered in India: Research

According to a new study conducted by price comparison website Cable.co.uk, Indian users enjoy some of the world’s most affordable mobile data packs. The UK and the USA, on the other hand, have some of the most expensive data packs, it said.
The website says that 1 GB of data costs 0.26 USD in India. The same data costs 6.66 USD and 12.37 USD in the UK and the US respectively. Other countries where mobile data is the cheapest are Kyrgyzstan (0.27 USD), Kazakstan (0.49 USD), Ukraine (0.51 USD) and Rwanda (0.56 USD).
