YES Bank to Sell $300 Million Bonds Through IFSC Banking Unit

As part of its $1 billion global medium-term note programme, private sector YES Bank is going to issue bonds worth $300 million in the global debt market. This makes it the first domestic issuer to sell overseas debt from the International Finance Centre at Ahmedabad’s GIFT City.

According to an investment banker who is aware of the developments, the bank will list the bonds on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading, London Stock Exchange International Securities Market, as well as the India International Exchange IFSC.
