1 bn USD Worth of Investments to be Raised in Co-Working Segment, Says Report

According to a report by FICCI and JLL called “Co-Working: Reshaping Indian Workspaces”, flexible workspace industry is expected to attract investments of up to 1 billion USD during FY20. It said that the total space under the co-working segment has increased twofold to 6.9 million sq ft this year against the 3.9 million sq ft space in 2018.
Co-working spaces are increasingly becoming popular due to benefits like better networking opportunities, low operation costs, etc.
