11 Million Farmers to be Enrolled by UP Govt Under PM Kisan Scheme

The UP government is looking to bring 11 million beneficiaries under the PM Kisan Yojana which is a new minimum income guarantee scheme for the financially weak farmers. The scheme which will provide an income of ₹6,000 to the farmers is expected to set the exchequer back by up to ₹75,000 crores every year.
