12,000 Ayush Centres to be Set up Across the Nation, Says Narendra Modi

This Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the government aims to set up at least 12,500 Ayush Centres across India. Out of these, 4,000 will be established by the end of the year, he said.
Modi was present at the Yoga Awards ceremony when he said that there is a need for creating a homogeneous system that makes the use of “Ayush grid” which follows the principles of one nation and one tax. He said that the government is setting up 1.5 lakh health and wellness centers across the country.
