2.9 trn USD Worth of Business Value in 2021 to be Generated by AI Augmentation

According to Gartner AI business value forecast, by 2021, artificial augmentation (AI) will generate up to 2.9 trillion USD worth of business value and 6.2 billion hours of worker productivity across the globe. It considers augmented intelligence as human-centered partnership system in which AI and people work foreign to boost the performance of cognitive abilities. It covers decision making, learning, and new experiences.
Vice President of research at Gartner, Svetlana Sicular said that up to 44% of the global AI-derived business value will be accounted for by augmentation/decision support by 2030.
