36% Small Businesses Faced Data Breaches in 2019

According to a new survey, as many as 36% small businesses around the world became victims of data breaches in 2019.

The survey said that the highest number of victims in data breaches are SMBs at 46%. They are followed by enterprises at 53%, and smaller companies at 36%.

Cybersecurity firm Kaspersky said that data breaches pose a threat to small companies because the security measures implemented by them are insufficient.
