A N Jha Appointed as New Finance Secretary

Ajay Narayan Jha who is a 1982 batch IAS officer has been appointed as the new Finance Secretary now that the incumbent Hasmukh Adhia has retired.
Jha is an alumnus of St. Stephens College where he completed his graduation and post-graduation in History. He also has an MPhil in Public Administration and is also a recipient of World Bank scholarship to pursue Masters in Economic Policy Management from Canada’s McGill University.
