Allahabad Bank Expands the List of RBI-Identified Loan Defaulters by 20

Public sector Allahabad Bank has found 20 new accounts with a net exposure of Rs. 900 crores for reference to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). This extends the current list of 29 defaulters as compiled by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) even further.

The bank, as part of a consortium, is also a provider of 14 other accounts that have been identified for into the NCLT with a net exposure of Rs 1,652 crores.
