Center to Sell Off Air India’s Realty Assets to Recover ₹90 bn
The government is looking to sell off land and reality assets of debt-ridden Air India for around ₹90 billion. This will help it lower the current debt of ₹550 billion and fetch a good valuation if and when the government decides to sell the domestic air carrier.

An official said that the Centre will sell property assets including Airlines House in Mumbai, land at Baba Kharak Singh mark and realty property in Vasant Vihar in Delhi.
