Customer Experience in Banks and Fintech Companies Changing with Data Analytics

Competitive banks and fintech companies have started using customer data to provide customizable services to their customers and improve interactions.
Tushar Garimalla, who is the Chief Growth Officer of Capital Float said that these days, the entire exchange between customers and companies is digital, which is why various banks have been able to improve customer experience by using analytics.
Jaya Vaidhyanathan who is the President of Bahwan CyberTek said that the lenders are observing top-line growth by increasing wallet share per customer. She said that analytics is also used to monitor movement in account balances, credit and debit card purchase, etc.
