Data Breach Costing Indian Companies ₹13 cr a Year: IBM Study

According to an IBM study, cases of a data breach are costing Indian companies an average amount of ₹12.8 crores a year which is 7.29% higher than last year.

The “Cost of Data Breach” report that was compiled by IBM along with Ponemon Institute said that enterprises that suffer from data breaches take longer to recover the costs which are due to loss of information and fixing the problems that lead to the attacks in the first place.
