Door before an entrepreneur becomes a wall on rejection: Zomato CEO

In a recent talk with YourStory, Zomato’s CEO Deepender Goyal shared what it means to be an entrepreneur and what values one should possess to be a good founder.
Zomato which recently on July 10th turned 11 years old, the CEO only had an appreciation and grateful emotion to how far they have come.
Zomato is a Gurugram based FoodTech unicorn and it has been gaining the attention of the people through quirky marketing strategies and great food service.
The 16 values the Ceo shares is a “Founder Programme” built for the employees who have contributed hugely to the customers and the company.
For him being a founder he added is “it just means that you have now earned the leadership team’s trust to be able to take decisions on behalf of the company. Simple, but not easy. “
A few of the values shared by him to become a good founder were resilience, commitment, ambition, people first and many more.
