Flipkart May Generate 50,000 Jobs as it Looks to Set up More Logistics Parks

India’s top retailer Flipkart is looking to set up more logistics parks in West Bengal, Gurugram, and Karnataka on around 300 acres of land. It will invest up to 5,000 crores in the project and may generate as many as 50,000 jobs across the country.
The main goal behind establishing logistics parks is bringing fulfillment, sorting, and transport services together for a smoother supply chain movement. In fact, more and more online retailers are taking this approach after the implementation of GST.
